Legends Restaurant - Banff

The service is good and the prices are reasonable, but the food is average. If you're staying at the Inn, you'll be satisfied eating here, but it's not a restaurant you would specifically seek out.

The food was quite acceptable, though not particularly special. (Rough chunks of iceberg or romaine for the salad with a few slivers of pared carrot, decent entree garnished with a few veggies) The chocolate cake showed some imagination in its presentation, and members of our group enjoyed a sky-blue mixed drink perhaps with vodka? Buffet breakfast was ample and good. Of course, it's view of the mountains of the Banff National Park that really shine—they are stunning.

No wait for a table, although a busy eating time. Waiter very helpful in choosing choice from the local drinks. The salad for a starter was substantial and our mains were tasty. Service was good.

During our stay at the Lake Louise Inn, we received two daily breakfast tickets for the three of us. We tried both the buffet and the menu options. The selection was fairly average, but the blueberry preserves served with the waffles were outstanding.
