Castello Italiana - Banff

Service was slow. Waited for water refill and was not provided pepper for salad although n ugh boring tables did receive.

Outstanding Italian menu and food. A+. Our waiter, Max, was fantastic. Castello also has a great wine selection. We started with a great Caesar salad and Cacio E Pepe. My wife had the Lobster Carbonara. I had the Baked Gnocchi. Both were outstanding and authentic Italian. Highly recommend if you are in Banff!

Amazing location for a girl's night out dinner on our last night in Banff. The server was very knowledgeable and make great suggestions for both drinks and our meals, and was very attentive. The host was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Greatly appreciated the chat with both our server and the host.

The food and beverage was delicious. Our server, Emily, was an absolute delight. The interior design of the restaurant is lovely and has a comfortable and intimate vibe.
