Bidrage med feedbackLocation The Königsstraße is a one-way street and used to be a former main road. The best way to take the A70 exit Hallstadt to the centre is to get to Siechenstraße. Parking in the courtyard. Ambiente The traditional private brewery Fässla has been in Bamberg 1000 years since 1649. Just behind the large entrance gate there is a large mural of the city of Bamberg. The beer can be drank here right in the courtyard area in the intercourse or in the rear part for smokers in the rustic beer garden. There is also, like 100 years ago, a gas sink to take the beer home. In the cosy tamed guest rooms you feel right well. Everywhere you look at the barrel. Whether carved in heavy oak chairs or on beer glasses. Many Bamberger come here to play cards and to the cozy evening beer. Service A reservation is useless here. The operation organizes everything that comes and fits. To this end, where just a cookie is free. Eating There is a grounded, Franconian cuisine, defensive bread times to the crispy Schäuferla . In the private brewery the beers are still handmade brewed. There are gold pils, brunish beer and much more. You could feed yourself on your own. However, the Franconian dishes from the small daily menu were among our favorites. The Schäuferla (7,90€ with sauerkraut and two clubs had to come. No bad decision, big, crisp and red, the tasty Schäuferla. The Fässla frying plate (7,90€ with three different varieties of roast meat, however, also consisted of three different cooking states of tender to hard. Conclusion: Gasthausbrauerei, beer for food, food for beer
An absolute tip to all who come to Bamberg! Very nice host, extremely delicious food, terribly delicious beer! The rooms are also very nice and very clean! The Old Men of the ASV Tiefenbroich 58 e.V. have felt more than well and are happy to come back!
Brewery Fässla is the ultimate tip to get to know Bamberger beer, food and people here. It was two times in a barrel. Beer delicious and carving!!! You can also watch football.
My 'Happy Place'! Here I found the optimal combination of hospitality, cozy people, good beer and good bourgeois food. I try to visit Fässla every year at least once.
