Bidrage med feedbackCaveat; this was our first trip to ANY Red Robin. I do not know how this location compares to other Red Robin restaurants. This review is based on comparing this venue to other hamburger/diner/family restaurants in the area. Food good overall. The classic cheeseburger was flavorful and prepared correctly to my 'doneness ' request (medium). My wife 's pineapple cheeseburger was similarly prepared. The sweet potato fries were great. The broccoli was bland but not soggy. Drinks it was early so we stuck with soda. The bar looked inviting however. Ambience it 's a chain. Nothing crazy here. It was cold; despite sitting far away from the entrance. Probably should be made warmer. Service our waitress was very pleasant. But I really wanted several refills on my broccoli and only was able to get one before finishing because she came by so infrequently... and we were the first people there for lunch so it wasn 't busy. If I want a 'better ' burger I would go to Five Guys. If I want a general sit down diner dinner I would go the Iron Rooster. If I want a sit down diner burger I would try this place again.
I love Red Robin! And this particular restaurant did not disappoint. I actually was impressed by how affordable the burgers are, especially with the bottomless fries option. Won't be the best burgers you've ever had, but enough to satisfy a burger craving, and definitely enough to satisfy some serious hunger. I enjoyed the onion ring tower as well. If you're really going all out--you can get bottomless root beer float as well, Good luck!
I often dislike rating and reviewing major chain restaurants because I largely don 't care for them too much or frequent them very often. However, I go to this Red Robin every couple of months because it 's across the street from where I live, and they often mail me coupons that are pretty good (for example, I just recently used a $4 off $10 . Anyways, this place is always very consistent, which is what I like about it. If there 's anything that is 100% important about chain restaurants is that you always get consistent orders of food every time you go. The burgers should always be the same. The fries should always be seasoned the same. The soup should always be garnished the same. The drinks should always be prepared the same. On and on... Well, this Red Robin does a good job with consistency. I only give it 3 stars because, well, simply, it 's a very basic burger chain with mediocre/good burgers. One good thing about it is that they often have special burgers that are inventive and cater to the people of the region. One bad thing is that they often have servers say that they only use local ingredients , but I am highly skeptical of this. The cost of the food is about $2-3 more than I think the dishes should be priced, and that is disappointing. I 'm rarely walking out that I think that I got my full dollar 's worth. But sometimes, unlimited seasoned fries fresh out of the frier keep a smile on my face. One thing I 've noticed about this location is that the servers are generally quick and friendly, but I have only gone during lunch and off-peak hours when they aren 't bombarded with families, kids, etc. So I 'm probably just as relaxed as they are during those specific times. However, the good news is that this restaurant generally has a good number of servers staffed for the size of the restaurant so there is usually someone available to help you. In addition, every single seat has an electronic tablet to self-pay with a credit card when you are done (so you can just swipe and pay, leave a tip, get a receipt, and walk out without waiting for a server to do this for you!
Clean establishment. Waitress was very patient and polite. Food from order to table was fast. Burger and fries delicious.
A normal Red Robin experience. Food was decent, service was good. I love their special dipping sauces. So good. The campfire? one was particularly awesome. My burger was cooked as requested and everything came out pretty quickly.
