Bidrage med feedbackAmazing! the sandwiches here are delicious and so are the enormous frying. I usually get a medium-sized sandwich, as it fills me pretty well, as I get rid of the fries. the riders are so different than others because they are great and tasty and that is what I love about them. the service is also fast and attentive. it is sometimes busy so make sure that sooner come!
The sandwiches there are moderately priced, good enough for anyone looking for a quick lunch. Unlike previous reviewers, I had no bad experiences with customer service. Sure, they could have been a bit more joyful, but it was fine.
After taking my daughters to the Aquarium, we were starving. We came to this place at 8:30pm, when they closed at 9. One of the attendants literally hung his head when he saw us come in. The other guy told us that since they were close to closing they didn't have any salads, soups or shakes. All three of the staff were rude and acted so bothered that we were inconveniencing them that it was uncomfortable and infuriating. Anything we asked of them was met with eye rolling and frustration. The customer service we experienced was THE worst. At one point, one of the cashiers literally walked away from his register because of his frustration with paying customers. I would not eat at this place again on principle. The sandwiches were on par with subway or Quiznos, the environment was pretty nice, but we sat outside since we felt so unwelcome. About 5 minutes after we ordered, we stepped back inside to get some napkins and saw 3 customers waiting at the front, looking for someone to help, with the staff nowhere to be found. (probably all in the back hiding so the customers would go away). Considering that in this economy there are a lot of people that don't have jobs, these employees don't deserve theirs.
This was disappointing. Essentially an overpriced subway will smaller portions. I got the Pizza sandwich, which in theory sounded amazing. Meatballs, capicola, pepperoni, mushrooms and sauce. However there was probably a total of one meatball cut into small pieces on the whole sandwich (picture shows a half). I actually had to take the sandwich back up and ask for lettuce and tomato, which I normally wouldn't put on a sauce based sandwich, just to add some substance to it. So $7 got me a burnt piece of bread with sauce and meat bits. Besides that, it has pretty limited choices. Mac and cheese was okay. The salads I saw other people eating looked pretty good.
I've been here about 5 times for orders I've placed online and gone to pick up. The food has only been ready once. One time I ordered the farmhouse chicken salad and there was no chicken. Whoops! The girls working the register are never very friendly or attentive. The food, when put together properly, is pretty good though.
