Griffin Burger Stockland Wendouree

An OG fan of GB before moving interstate two years ago. Loved their thick beef patty’s so was skeptical when I heard about the new smash patty’s which I am not usually a fan of. I ordered the Bay 6 beef burger that I’ve been eyeing off for a while and after waiting only 5 minutes it was quite easily the best burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. Topped it off with my favourite Chipotye West loaded fries which were as good as ever and free white choc m&m donut balls thanks to the Tickit app. 10/10

For $16 a southern fried chicken burger and fries, just not worth it. Had hopped things improved now that the store had consolidated, sadly same old. Chicken was moist but tasteless, the whole thing was messy. Best bit was the drink: Dr Pepper. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Got sucked in by the Facebook posts. Like the posts the burger didn't disappoint and ready for the next one. Would I travel 2 and half hours again for 1 of their burgers, probably not. Would I do it if I was going to buy 2, absolutely. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Used to be a great spot to get a burger, but the quality has absolutely gone down the drain lately. Their new menu seems to have come with a huge decrease in quality and the burgers are tiny now. Don't waste your money here, probably get a better burger anywhere else.
