Khao Thai - BALGOWLAH

The Thai food at this restaurant is excellent, with quick service and a great selection of traditional dishes. We tried the Pad Thai ($13) and Beef Massaman ($18), both of which were delicious and reasonably priced for the generous portion sizes. The restaurant was a bit quiet, likely due to the current virus situation, but the comfortable seating made for a pleasant dining experience. We will definitely be returning to sample more of their dishes.

This restaurant is perfect for a casual family lunch. It was our first time visiting since it was renovated (great job by the way!). It was one of our first outings since having our baby, and the atmosphere was perfect for a young family like ours. The owner, a lady, was doing everything on her own - cooking, serving, and managing the customers - but she handled it all wonderfully. She even gave our son a special treat, which was very thoughtful. He enjoyed the satay chicken and pad see ew. While I wouldn't say it's the best Thai food in Sydney, the prices are reasonable at $10 per main dish. We will definitely be returning, as going out with a baby suddenly became much easier!

Despite the negative reviews, I found this place to be amazing. It was quiet and the food tasted delicious. They even provided a complimentary dessert after the meal. Thank you, I will definitely be coming back again.

First time back this year and again not disappointed. The cuisine must be the most authentic Thai food on the Northern Beaches. Love the new Decor!

Very enjoyed especially the sweetest fresh ive from a Thai restaurant! I will definitely go back and try more dishes.
