Slice of Italy - Bakersfield

I ordered fettuccine alfredo, My daughter ordered rosemary ravioli. Hers was great. The sauce on my Alfredo was not very creamy, not very cheesy. I also had addled for the the regular and was given the one with chicken, abs was charged for such. Normally I get the spaghetti with meat sauce and love that. I'll be honest, I have never liked the little garlic bread the serve. It's usually very hard, gets hard fast. It tastes like it was made with oil instead of butter and not much garlic. So I spent $40 last night for just the two plates, no drinks and don't feel like the quantity of the ravioli and the flavor of the alfredo was worth that amount. Sadly.

We have been coming to Slice of Italy for years!! The fried chicken, wedges, and the pizza are bomb. Their creamy garlic sauce on their pizza is so good! Aside from the food the customer service is top notch! I placed an order online and my card was charged $68.33 twenty five times!! I called Slice of Italy and the General Manager Justine gave us our meal for free because the online vendor was having issues. We got everything squared away with the payment and the General Manager still gave us our meal for free. Food is the bomb and Justine the General Manager rocks!! Best pizza and best customer service on the Northwest!!

This restaurant reminded me of Olive Garden. I enjoyed it, the food was good. It was in about the same price range as Olive Garden. The staff are very friendly. I always get a smile from the hostess and that's nice. Inside of the building is very cute.

100$ worth of delivery. Zero add-ons were included. Order went to hotel and nothing to eat it with. Absolutely no sauce left in the one container as it leaked on everything. 100$ . Ridiculous. 2 entrees and garlic bread ? 6.00$ garlic bread and is a half of a hot dog bun !! NO TIRAMISU OR CANNOLI WERE DELIVERED. Refund refused. ?Food: 3/5

Thier website does not allow you to proceed to check out. I called to order and asked them if they would honor the 6 dollar off coupon because their website isn’t working. They said no because it’s a promo code and there is no way we can tell if you used it already. This is after they admitted their website is giving everyone troubke and they got new owners so it’s even worse. Their pizzas are already expensive so you would think they would honor the 6 dollars off instead of losing the 70 dollars I would have spent. They lost me as a customer.
