I want to begin by praising the incredible service at this restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and everything was prepared for us in a timely manner. The food was also delicious. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the fried fish, both of which were flavorful and tasty. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely return in the future. I would rate it 10/10!
I ordered a chicken fried rice and was surprised to find that the chicken pieces were very small.
This is not a Chinese restaurant all dishes I had tasted the same bland way, plenty of vegetables with chicken or beef but no taste. The noodles were uncooked, left dry on the plate(apparently so the server told me so they could absorb the juices of the veg and beef) this is the first time anywhere in the world I've seen this. Do not eat the chinese food here.
British review.... Our one and only experience of a Canadian Chinese restaurant. I don't believe the chef has visited a Chinese restaurant, let alone China. Impressive lack of flavour, the chow mein noodles appeared to be uncooked maggi instant noodles straight from the pack, and the rice was badly cooked enough for even me to notice. However, the portions were large and there was a ton of veg which appears to be hard to find in a Canadian restaurant. If you love veg and hate flavour, this is the place for you. Or maybe this is how the Canadians like their Chinese? Service was reasonable, left full tip to avoid confrontation in typical English way!
