Osteria Cian De Bia‎ - BADALUCCO

Not an easy place to find in Badalucco. But a good dinner experience when you do. You get whatever the Chef is cooking that week, a succession of ten dishes. I can remember some of them: deep fried Broccoli, excellent Chard Ravioli with Parmesan cheese, Veal in a humus-based sauce, Tagliatelle with Porcini mushrooms and Parmesan cheese, and deserts such as custard tart. The wine list has an extensive selection of Italian reds, and we had an excellent Barbera D'Asti for 18EU. You won't leave this place feel empty!

What a wonderful evening we had at this fabulous restaurant. The wine cellar was such a special experience, and the ambiance of the restaurant was very romantic. The food was authentic and delicious. We will definitely return when we visit this area of Italy again.

My wie and I live in the valley, and when we want to impress guests with the finest expression of Ligurian cuisine, we take them to Cian de Bia. Ivo, his wife, Fanca, and his son, Matteo, who is the former mayor of Montalto, a nearby hill town, are consumate guides to the traditional cuisine of the Valle Argentina, exalted to a level that is world class. Their wine cellar is excellent, from local Rossese wines that go perfectly with each dish, to extraordinary Barolos and Barbarescos from neighboring Piedmont, whose producers are friends with Ivo. It's a sublime experience. I'm bringing friends this evening, once again, as Ivo and Franco always impress with their meals.

Accueil chaleureux et authentiques locaux. du personnel attentif pour arriver à une véritable cave à vin où discuter de vins avec le propriétaire. le menu de la soirée était équilibré pour le goût, avec des saveurs réelles pour chaque plat. très bon rapport qualité-prix pour plusieurs entre, premiers plats et suites, gâteaux). Je recommande ce restaurant. ambiente caloroso ed accogliente. il persone attento e la presenza della fornita cantina dei vino, dove poter anche mangiare o discusse di vini col proprietario. il menu è autentico, di qualità e vini esclusi. Lo consiglio.
