Heiltherme Quellenhotel Bad Waltersdorf

My friend and I were the first time in this therme this weekend and we were really disappointed. therme was overcrowded, we had to look for more than minutes a lie than more people than were present. After eternally unsuccessful search we went to the infostand and there the personal was so unfriendly and wanted to explain in a hard tonne that we did not look exactly what they sent us back to search. the pools have no private sphere and are completely overcrowded. they are all around or standing. then there are only two restaurants in this amount when they are finished selling frozen toasts by €! After a short time we immediately left the therme again, fortunately we had a good ticket, otherwise I would have asked my money back.

Nice hotel room, nice service, good food, small but fine therm. the only problem was that there are no reserved seats for the hotel guests, which is very annoying. was very difficult to get a lie.

I always liked to go and yesterday was the first time in years again there.We bought tickets on the day before and when we arrived in the therme we were told there are no longer lying. we are also late.So why are more cards sold than there are? pure money.Many of the rooms are now also only available at a price.Very bad about these therme. a few years ago top, now unfortunately terrible.The older lady at the entrance was also incredibly unfriendly.

Went here last weekend with friends and we had a bad experience. We booked day-tickets in advance, and when we arrived at about we were told (by a really rude receptionist) that there probably weren't any loungers left. She just shrugged her shoulders and said that if we had come in the morning, we would have gotten some. Seeing as the place is open from on a Saturday, arriving at isn't very late.We had to leave our belongings in a locker, and constantly stay in the water. There was nowhere to sit or lie down. We couldn't chill anywhere and relax.Why are they selling more tickets than they have seats? Or why are they letting walk-ins come in if tickets are already sold? Really disappointing.
