Klosterschänke Volkersberg

I was with my family for dinner at the Klosterschänke on the Volkersberg. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very cozy. The self-service worked smoothly, also thanks to the friendly team. The children could be dead at the playground. Everything's perfect. We like to come back!

Delicious food! Genuine, friendly cooperation! Great drinks (Silvaner and Rotling from Weingut Lange and Gin Tonic from Franziska Bischof)! and not to forget the wonderful view! Always like it!

Absolutely recommended! We have become aware of this during a motorway ride. Since then we have always been here if possible. Super friendly staff great, especially regional dishes. We look forward to the next visit!

Rarely eaten so bad and experienced such an unfriendly service! All (incl. cleaning) pure self-service. Drink card does not seem to exist. In my opinion, price-performance is not a bit right here. It's really nice.

The chief ?the lady at the top right in the picture oracles at 6:00 that only 4 guests come and don't pay for you. I'm supposed to hurry and come to dinner at the latest about 18:30 or there's nothing left. Said, done, as I sat next door at the Youth Education Centre, I was on time. After me came a guest who wanted to pay, I was first ignored. Then I asked again politely if you could eat on the terrace, then I was pampered, there was only self-service what I didn't know and what my question didn't answer After that, she left me standing and was busy cleaning up plates very important! I dared to ask again how the ordering or self-service modalities are, there was a note drawn to me with the hint: only that there is. And I'm supposed to go out, fill the note on the back where are pens and come back after that. Everything very, very cumbersome. I then asked her to pick up my order immediately, which she then did. Salad with Pute But I had to pay this one immediately, probably you were afraid that I'm going to pry the toe? When I sat on the terrace, the Buzzer that you're going to have was already ready in about 4 minutes. As it tasted, I do not need to explain here. my children would have done better in preschool age. Summa summarum an absolute NoGo! The lady has no idea of customer orientation and doesn't need it- despite COVID- The organisation of this “bone” is not only worthy of improvement but limited. Only the situation is probably the reason for anyone coming here. I book it under “avoid” and finished!
