L'Extra in Reims isn't just a fantastic Michelin-rated restaurant. It's special because the friendly staff, both front and back of house, have disabilities. This innovative program creates meaningful work, and it shows. The service was warm and genuine, the food incredible. My perfectly cooked fish and light-as-air vanilla soufflé were divine, and my son devoured his duck (17/10, according to him! . More than a delicious meal, L'Extra is a heartwarming experience that supports a wonderful cause. Don't miss it on your trip to Reims!
