Good for a stop over Motel outside could be better but room clean comfortable good Wi-Fi enough to run Fire stick. Didn’t eat there. We are at Crocodile had a great night Buffet and steak serve yourself Beer wine. (Walkable)

We arrived at night,the card to open the door didnt work,someone came in 5min to help us out and gave us a new card to open our hotel room door. Room was nice and clean!

My wife made this 21-Jan-2020 booking, and died a week after she paid for it. I honoured the booking, taking my youngest son to aid his bereavement. On 15-Jan-2020, we heeded the French Government 's instruction 'hotels are to close because of Corona Virus, return home '. I advised the hotel within two days, seeking a refund. There was no reply from them in a month. Subsequently, this hotel replied with a refusal. I hope you are luckier with your experiences and especially your complaints. (The hotel should not charge for, nor profit from a service the hotel could no longer provide.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, though outside looked a bit tatty. Loud 'rave ' going on 'till midnight in an adjacent car park spoilt it a bit, but o.k. for an overnight stop off the motorway.

Sometimes the manager goes out of their way to help you. I turned up late at midnight and had only booked tie room 30 minutes earlier.... I had a confirmation email but nothing else to get in to my room. I called the manager who came out and resolved it all, despite th hotel closing at 22.00 and that the web booking was wrong both on time and cost. What a hero. Thank you so much.
