Tutti Pizza Auterive

Previously a good pizzeria with a great team, however overnight it was impossible for me to order from the site and therefore to benefit from the loyalty advantages and other promotions, the team apparently does not see any disadvantages... What is the use of being a Tutti Pizza franchisee in this case?

Customers for a while and always satisfied, we are very disappointed this evening, the pizzas were cold (we give one star because we have to) However we live very close to the pizzeria (3 minutes). Unfortunately this evening we had a bad time, it 's a shame. We contacted them to report our dissatisfaction, they told us that the pizzas had come out of the oven on time and that this was impossible . When I arrived at the scheduled time, the pizzas were already on the oven and did not seem very hot when I carried the boxes, I hesitated to tell them at the time, I should have but Would that have changed anything given the bad faith of my interlocutor? In short, it’s a shame that it was him who was present this evening. From now on, we will only order when he is absent. We could have been understanding if he had even deigned to listen to his customers.
