Wendy's - Austin

I waited in line for 20 minutes, and then I was told to hold on for another 10 minutes. No joke I was then told they couldn't take my order! No joke it was like 8:30 at night.. I'm not even mad I'm impressed. Maybe go to the Taco Bell next door next time

Homeless guy was standing in front of the box to order on the drive thru and kept harassing every car that drove up. I ordered a baconator combo but they gave me the wrong burger completely and it was also missing the cookie we ordered. Would not recommend this Wendy's.

The Baconator looked just like an advertisement and was perfect. It was even better than a previous burger I had for triple the price at some pretentious bar downtown. On top of all this, the place was well staffed with friendly workers and the order was ready in fewer than 2 minutes. I would disregard most of the negative reviews on here because they are either racist (e.g. learn how to speak English or unreasonable rants by spoiled adults who want to pay less than $10 for a meal made people working minimum wage but still be treated like royalty.

It's has good food but the people need to slow down sometimes and stop going so fast I was there and they were way to fast they needed to slow down still good food tho
