Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant doesn't deserve to be in business. It's just a waste of space. I've visited three times, and each time I received terrible service. To make matters worse, my card was charged double the amount, and they refused to issue a refund.
On a positive note, the food was excellent, which was the highlight of my experience. Initially, I contacted both my credit card company and the owners of Quezzas about this issue. American Express claimed they deemed my payment valid because I did make a purchase at that time. They tend to only look at the immediate transaction and not what happens afterward. If you don’t manually enter your card and choose (or decline) your tip, anything can be added, and you could be held liable. One of the owners of Quezzas responded to my inquiry quickly and assured me he was investigating the situation and would offer a refund, which was great. He was professional and eager to help, but unfortunately, that didn't resolve the issue. He explained that due to my dispute with AMEX, he needed to provide documentation to the payment processor and go through a waiting period before issuing a refund. While I understand that process, we have now exceeded all waiting times. He also mentioned that his payment processor indicated the refund had been processed, but I confirmed with American Express that there had been no refund reflected in my statements since the incident. I feel I have given them ample opportunity to resolve this matter, but regrettably, all I can do now is share my experience and hope it helps others avoid a similar situation. At this point, I've written off the lost money, but I want to ensure future patrons are aware before they dine here. Since the incident, I've also had issues with receiving emails from them—I'm not sure if it’s a server problem or if I’ve been blocked.
I had the best Mexican pizza ever! The guy with the food truck was really friendly too. When I’m back in Austin, this will be my first stop!
Pizza was okay. The meat lovers were decent, but the pepperoni pizza was definitely missing. Too much cheese and not enough dough to cut the saltiness of everything.
I ordered the pepperoni pizza and found it to be very tasty. The crust reminds me of a better version of the common thin crusts found elsewhere. Service was great and fastest of all other Rainey St food options I?ve tested. I visited during off peak hours and found the location to be quite cozy. Pricing is fair. Pizza sauce was delicious.
