Lakeside Pizza Grill - Austin

After a long day on the lake this was an oasis for us. Shannon took care of us and gave us great suggestions for what to eat. The pizza was tasty and along with a great beer list it was awesome! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If there’s a positive review and it’s recent it’s because they were asked to review. There is no wait staff because the owner drove this restaurant into the ground. The owner does not pay his employees, he owes thousands of back pay. He exploits the workers he does have. Do not support this establishment. If someone works here it’s because they have to because of circumstances or they are involved in the illegal active he provides. Furthermore, the food is not safe. They do not follow the correct protocols and he doesn’t have enough money to buy fresh weekly.

We were just happy to find a place that was open and serving fresh made hot food, so weren't expecting a lot, but wow, the food was amazing. We had a Margherita pizza and it blew our minds. It was so delicious, fresh, and straight from the wood fired oven. The flavors were incredible, the crust was crispy, the pesto was gorgeous. I'd go back here any day, my only regret is I live hundreds of miles away. Food: 5
