First Chinese Bbq - Austin

Very good roast duck, and bbq pork. Didn't get to try the roast pork. Had wonton egg noodles soup with roast duck and BBQ pork and roast duck over rice and it was very good. Would definitely recommend

I struggle to find good Cantonese food but this place has pretty decent Chinese BBQ! I really like their roast pork but I am not a fan of their roast duck. I've gotten it a few times and the duck itself just tasted awful. The seasonings were all therebut the quality of the meat was off. I ended up throwing it out. They have honey walnut shrimp which I absolutely love andtheir beef chow fun is a MUST!

I had the combination bbq over rice plate. The bbq items here are way tastier than the other popular over hyped restaurant. The price was very reasonable and food portion was generous. They took my order and served me very quickly, but no one refilled my water and there were no hot sauce or soy sauce on the table that you typically see at a Chinese restaurant.

Decided to try a new place out and wow. Really recommend it. Was not sure what to order so decided to ask waitress she was very helpful. The food was great. Muy buen servicio al clients. La comida estaba muy rica. Recomendada

We had the barbecue duck with dumplings and it was delicious. However I wish they would not treat Asian and Westerners differently. All the white people were given plates and forks and all the Asians were given bowles and chopsticks. I mean this is Austin a very multicultural city not backwater Mississippi. My white boyfriend actually uses chopsticks better than me because he lived in China for four years. Keep supporting them though. They did a good job with the food!
