Bidrage med feedbackWhen I got to the pickup window, I requested a napkin to clean up some soda that spilled on the drinks, only to be told by the manager that they were out of napkins. I actually had some in my pocket, so that didn’t seem true. Upon getting home and reviewing my order, I noticed that the single bacon combo had a piece of bacon that was broken. It had been placed in a way that was hidden from view in the window, making it seem fine at the time of pickup. This was the first time I’ve encountered problems at this Wendy's, and I understand that everyone can have an off day. However, I’m beginning to think that a last-minute trip to Wendy's just isn’t worth it anymore. I also attached a photo of the broken bacon, as I initially thought it had fallen off when in fact it was just poorly placed.
The price of the salad has increased, which is quite disappointing since it's the only item I would order from there. It's difficult for me to justify paying eight dollars for a smaller portion when it used to cost just over four dollars. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The person on the intercom was very polite and made sure to use "please" and "thank you," which is something you don't often encounter at drive-thrus. That was really refreshing. They also got our order right, included straws, and added the specific seasonings we requested. They worked quickly to keep the line moving.
It was one of the friendliest places I've ever visited.
