Dharma Swasti - Auroville

So happy to have found this place ~ they're serving up some of the most refreshingly tasty, vibrant food in Auroville. Must try the mushroom momos! The salads are well-dressed, and a light refreshing change for summer! The deserts are unique and delicious! The vibe of this place is on point ~ relaxed, light, warm, and peaceful. Go here!

The curries are so hearty and generous that they probably aren't the right choice for a summer lunch. Very wholesome and filling. My wife had green curry and I had peanut curry, both of which were served with red rice and salad. I also had pumpkin soup. I expected it to be pureed, but it was chunky. Flavour was nice. The smoked tofu in the green curry surprised us. I like it, but my wife isn't fond of it.We had smoothies, which are almost as filling and satisfying as a meal. Will definitely go back to try their spinach momos and mushroom momos.Highly recommended. I give Dharma Swasti five stars because the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, and because it's a great change from what you'll get elsewhere.

My favourite restaurant after spending 2 months in India. One of the best vegan places I ever visited. Original dishes, great western style food (which is rare in India) and great sugar free deserts.

We tried a couple of great amazing dishes in Auroville, but Dharma Swasti was definitely our favourite restaurant. As a vegeterian, I have also tried quite a couple of vegan and vegetarian restaurants in my life, but this one has been my favourite so far. Very delicate and fancy food. We discovered it a few days before leaving Auroville, and came back twice! Trying the salads, the momos and other vegetable dishes is like an explosion of unknown and delightful flavours. We especially loved the avocado and papaya raw pie (made of dates). They also sell very nice nepalese hemp and ecofriendly clothes (I love the hat I bought there). We wish you the best in Auroville!

The Best.Très bel endroit apaisant ou découvrir la cuisine vegan délicieusement préparer. Accueil chaleureux et convivial. Que choisir dans la carte ? Ne cherchez pas tout est excellent, à un prix des plus abordable vu la situation sur le site. Nous vous le recommande vivement. Dans ce lieu également une très jolie boutique de vêtements et bijoux pour vous faire plaisir.
