Cook Out - Auburn

The quality has decreased in the course of the years. we used to get good burgers, now we get beaver of meat, that they call a patty and whole mist on the burger. while the service was always good, the quality of the food has only declined.

I have eaten here often in pastness and it was excellent. 11/15/22 at 8:52 pm in the drive thru I ordered a hamburgerplatte. the first problem was the passing through the volume to 10 and usually distorted and I couldn't understand it and they couldn't understand me. a big problem was eating. fries tasted like burned half-ripe. burger was wet....almost it didn't eat, but it was chopped down. full of a strange sweet pickle-relish set that dripping down the sides. diet koks had a chemical aftertaste. corn puffs were ok. shouldn't have eaten it, to finish lean pain within ten minutes. probably not back.

The man on the drive thru window around 11:05 a.m. tonight was incredibly rude. I honestly never received such terrible service anywhere. as if it wasn't even a false communication, he was just mean.

Don't go through the drive at night. the first track only accepted cash and I was only told when I came through the long line to the thru running gear menu. the dame then said something fast so I couldn't understand her, everything I heard was cash or card.? So I sat there, but she didn't say to pull up to the window or something. A few seconds later, I decided to move to the window and they said $? 8.16 is your total? (I could have missed someone else.) two ladys told me that I had to pull through the 2 line (it was a very long line) to order?.absolute not. if they do not take the card on the first track, it must be a possibility to communicate this to the customer before they waste their time in the running gear thru

The hamburger, hush puppies, and onion rings were delicious, but they forgot to put lettuce on my burger : I had some at home so it?s all good. I highly recommend this place!
