Bastide Magdeleine - Aubagne

We came to stay here for the French grand prix and it exceeded our expectations. the hotel and the grounds are even more beautiful. with the inflation in the usa we have found the prices here to be an amazing value. eating, setting, love and attention that goes clearly into every meal - amazing. for me the pistou soup was particularly fascinating, as we have nothing similar in the usa. this suppe alone was worth the stay in my opinion. the atmosphere here is unpretentious and elegant. the service is friendly and attentive, without being superfluous. the decoration felt at the origin of the building and the region. I loved it. this is a place for people who want a psychic, authentic Provencal experience.

Cheap meal, had better the wee were also very expensive and average. the dining room was missing in the atmosphere

Had dinner last night. the food was delicious, we had the 5-course menu) and the setting was simply wonderful. the starters and the deserts were from this world. the waiter/horse was not as big as the rest good, but not amazing.) the waiters/horse...notably only the correct amount, the garden and the ambiente were relaxed, but felt lush and magie. recommend for a special meal in the region

Une bonne étape plus qu'agréable et un bon dîner sous les platanes. Personnel attentif et sympathique. Déjeuner également le dimanche toujours sous les platanes ; menu simple à 37 €

Une superbe batisse dans un parc très agréable. On imagine bien les anciens comtes propriétaire deambulez dans les couloirs.Personnel de la reception très agréable et disponible.Coté table...grosse déception.Des produits de qualiré oui, mais malheureusement aucune maitrise des cuissons, ni assaisonnements.Cuisine fade, quel dommage ds un tel cadre.Peut etre une nouvelle equipe!!Le personnel de service, meme si fort sympathique, manque de rigueurs et un peu d organisation.Petit dejeuner et son personnel très agréable.En conclusion, gros potentiel avec des efforts à fournir, il est vrai que l on ns a demandé notre ressenti et nous en abons fait part. Une bonne démarche
