White House Sub Shop - Atlantic City

Overrated tourist attraction. There are dozens of places with better subs. No parking. Slow down.

Consistently big Huagies. Never disappointed. Always order them home when you leave AC. You are huge, you can easily make a few meals. I love this place. BTW the White House Subs at the Hard Rock Hotel is just as good.

Still the best Huagies in the world. Amazing that this place was the test of time. My wife had one for the first time. I always like to see people try these sandwiches for the first time. I didn't know a sub could taste so good. The big Italian Hoagie costs $18. It can feed two big guys or four women. If you're alone, get half. The sandwich is huge. If you are in AC and can wait 15 minutes (45 if you order online) it is worth it. I order before we go, and when I get there, they're ready. I have the special Italian sub. Definitely recommend.

This place hasn't let me down yet! Subs are huge! Enough for 2 or 3 persons. I always order turkey with all circumcisions. Especially grilled onions. The hot bottoms are also delicious. I also ordered a Chiff Chicken and it was amazing! Pro tip... Always wait a long time, so order online before time.

Since 1946, White House subs has been serving Atlantic City with giant submarine sandwiches. Known for their Italian sandwiches, White House also offers many hot sandwiches. I usually go with the chicken cheese steak with fried onions and peppers. The sandwiches are the size of my arm so if you order a whole, you'll have some for late night munchies or some food to nurse the inevitable hangover from a night at one of the casinos. This place is a must-go in AC. Call ahead or have it Uber-eat delivered to your casino. The line can get very long. The inside is tiny but filled with a counter top and tiny booths clad with pics of old time AC, celebrities, and the rat pack.
