Anna's Bbq - Atlanta

My family and I really enjoyed Anna's BBQ. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was great and came to the table in time. I had pulled the BBQ chicken sandwich, a daughter enjoyed the loaded BBQ chicken farms, my husband loved the BBQ cattle sausage w/onion, Cole slaw, mustard (picture not shown). Family-friendly atmosphere Food is delicious. You want to be disappointed!

Good bbq, but the orders are always missing. I just wanted the sauce on the side and a corn muffin. There was no sauce or maismuffin. The young lady in the cash register also seems to have an attitude. Not friendly or welcoming. While I checked out, a gentleman came back and missed his pommes, she looked at him and said she didn't hear that. Order accuracy is the key. UPDATE I visited the restaurant today and I must say it was a completely different mood!! The young lady who took orders was beautiful, knowledgeable and helpful. The other super rude ladies were nowhere! The food was excellent and I had the opportunity to meet the owner. I let him know how much customer service means for the success of a company and he agreed. I told him about my previous experiences here and how this time was a total turn. He let me know he has new employees and knew how rude the other ladies were. This was a clear change for the better and I will definitely be back!

The latest inflation and higher meat prices means that I do not enjoy BBQ as before. Perfect for me, this place brings the best ribs of all time. So tender, I think a toothless person could eat them. Coupled with Mac and cheese and baked beans, I was in the hoof. I'm definitely back!
