Horrible customer service. I tried for weeks to make a reservation for a large party (too large to reserve online). I left multiple messages (both thru VM and with a live person) only for someone to contact me 2 days before the day saying they couldn't accommodate us. This was for a birthday party that we now have to reschedule last minute. HORRIBLE hospitality. Price per person: $100+

It was my bday celebration with cousins and husband.i did not have reservations but concierge gave me an early time.great experience.
