Kfc - Athens

I can get through the drive thru and got the new mac and cheese bowl combo and they hardly put anything in the bowl and they can say that the macoroni is the last scraped in the pan. I have tried to get a new one or only the normal bowl, but they wouldn't do that I have to talk to a superior tomorrow morning. the long working day I should take care of is that my eating is right.

I can came through the drive thru and got the new Mac and cheese bowl combo and they put barely anything in the bowl I tried to get a new one or just the regular bowl but they wouldn't do it that I have to speak to a supervisor in the morning. Long day of work last thing I should be worried about is my food being right.

Place was disgusting, dead bugs in the seat, looks like nobody ever cleaned it. The cashier was rude for no reason, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food.

I also have experienced bad customer service and bad food at this particular location I don't know what the management is thinking when they are these people but they really need to do some type of moral check to see if they even care about life in general. see what kind of customer service they would be especially during busy seasons.. everybody needs to follow Chick-fil-A's rules. they hire some of the sweetest kids and that reflects on those kids parents doing a good job of raising them. do a background check on them when they hire them.sincerely a loyal customer since the seventies.PS I want you guys to get it right because I love KFC..........

We went today, the food was fresh and tasted really good. The entire restaurant was being run by two ladies who were super nice and were working their booties off. Management needs to recognize these two ladies for the great job they were doing.
