Bidrage med feedbackThe drive was pretty busy and the car in front of me ordered a lot of food, but the speed was still there.
We were 12 people who were visited, sat in us, no one welcomed. we looked at them like we shouldn't have entered. If you're just going through, why don't you have a sign. the employee was racist. the people seemed to support their employees with Racist behavior.
Shake was good, but the staff told me that we couldn't get our order until after they cleared all the drive-thru because their drive-thru times were really bad. So we waited for 5+ cars to get their orders and we finally received ours in the lobby. Not cool.
I ordered a banana split- what I got was a rotten banana split.. after standing with my husband waiting on my order I happened to look in the window to see my order , I had to interrupt the 2 females behind the counter that were talking about a mans voice in the drive thru then to be handed a ROTTEN banana split. I was shown the bananas they had on hand and they were all brown. I would like to point out they are located in the Ingles parking lot?? I then order a hot fudge sundae that had maybe a teaspoon of fudge. I will NEVER go back to this place and will not recommend to my friends, family. Or anyone else for that matter! I will now be calling corporate. Worst customer service and product ever received at a DQ
Got a number 1 on the menu and loved it. Great experience. Clean restaurant,think I may have caught them at opening time because the soda dispenser wasn't put together yet. But the tea was ready and unlike most restaurants, it wasn't to sweet. I will be returning.
