Burger King - Ashtabula

Free style koks machine had no options everything was on it. the crew was rude. the burgers were cold the drinks that we got tastefully flat. this place sucks. will not be back

Sat waiting for 10 minutes to be told they were closed, at 10 when their hours clearly say 1. When I told the cashier that, she ignored me and left her headset on while continuing to listen to me ask why they closed early

Staff was friendly. Burgers could have been a little warmer but still tasted good. Milkshakes were thick and creamy.

I had a coupon for a wednesday whopper and they gave me an impossible whopper and told me that that was what the coupon was for. I told them the app said whopper or impossible whopper and they told me that I was wrong and refused to fix anything or even be civil. Didn't even apologize, didn't even try to speak in person and was just really rude. Didn't get a name but she had curly brown hair and was tan. Not a fan.

I ordered waited 10 mins by the wait spot I wanted no tomatoes pickles or onions they still put it on my whopper on of that the food was cold just terrible
