The Cookout is exactly what it is. They're consistent, if not mind blowing, and sometimes you just want a quesadilla with your burger.I'd rather spend my fast food money here if I'm going to spend it anywhere.Food: 4/5

Place my order the first time only to get receive it incorrect. Tried getting my order fixed after sitting at the window for 5 minutes only to get ignored. Once I explained to them my order was incorrect they started to argue with me about it. They handed my the second bag with my order only for it to be incorrect again. I understand short staffing issues but this is ridiculous.
