Mcdonald's - Ashburn

Wow just ordered oatmeal to go and got home and had no apples for it then on my meal got no syrup or butter. Folks be nice to have real service again

Usually everyone here is nice jovial and on point . Drive thru 7:24 pm lady looked like shriek and gave me dirty looks . I was polite and happy and she refused eye contact . Refused to smile and gave off so much negative energy. In this day and time and age of economy and service if you have an attitude problem best work elsewhere or find a different job that doesn’t require basic hospitality . Not her first time as I remember the exact same feeling from previous . Hopefully someone sees this and checks her before it’s too late. What a waste of air

The food is consistently hot and fresh, and my order is always accurate.

Food has been pretty good and fresh. Says a lot to receive fresh warm french fries. Big Mac was neat; wasnt sloppy.

As usual, the French fries were cold and old, but the burgers were surprisingly delicious and hot. The Premium Roast Coffee was also nice and hot, and the soda was nicely chilled. I'm confused why the French fries always seem to be cold or reheated and end up soggy and unappetizing.
