Eddie Merlot's - Ashburn

My family surprised me with a birthday dinner in this beautiful restaurant. We were just in time for the Steaks Around the World Special. I had Argentina, which was amazing. We started with the sweet and spicy shrimps and a dozen oysters. I also enjoyed the appetizers and bread. Meg our server was brilliant and the manager Whitley from Boston even stopped and wanted me a good birthday. If you can save space for dessert as the crème brulee was brilliant! Great food and excellent service. We will definitely be back and look forward to the Boston site as well. The Steaks Around the World is available until the end of the month.

This was our first time in this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was amazing. Our server Sasha was the best. She is very knowledgeable about food and has an amazing personality. Our favorite dish is the Filet Mignon Potstickers. So delicious. I can't wait to try it again. The Barry White Martini was also great. My husband got the Bison seal and loved him. I ordered the bourbon and the brown sugar tip. While I didn't get right, the way they treated the situation was great. I give them 5 stars because everything was amazing. Since she treats the mistake with my dish very well and give me a cup of soup while I was waiting that I can't fool her. I can't wait to come back.

This is our third trip to Eddie Merlot in Ashburn. Every experience was excellent. This time we had a party of 4 and sat in the bar area (which I would recommend over the main dining room). Our party ordered the grilled Romaine, Crab and Corn Bisque, 2 Filets, Mojo Shrimp and Scallops and the Lemon Dijon Chicken. Although I had a fillet that was delicious, I tasted the chicken and will order the next time. It was phenomenal! I am always hesitant to order chickens at a steak place – not to be, it is amazing, especially if you like the lemon flavor. I also shared the grilled Romaine with my wife, and it was probably the hit of the evening. I am not sure why grilling romaine there is such an amazing taste, but it does. I don't even like Gorgonzola cheese, and I loved it. I guess the one drawback is that this restaurant is expensive what you can see in the menu. If that makes you hesitate, save it for a special occasion or sit at the bar and just enjoy some great apps!

This is an excellent and very nice restaurant. The menu is very high with the prices to fit. Although a Cheeseburger with Fritten goes for about 18 dollars, which is not so bad. The interior is complicatedly decorated and the service is top notch.

The service here is as extraordinary as the Waygu. my wife and I felt like a king and queen on our first visit for our wedding anniversary. Patrick seated us and was refreshingly professional and genuine for being so late at night after a long day. Our server was George, who was very knowledgeable and had good energy, super kind! They even made a long HANDWRITTEN card for our wedding anniversary. Nobody writes like that anymore. Very nice touch. Everyone was really just genuine about serving. Food goes without saying. Melts in your mouth Waygu.
