Excellent! High quality pastries like I haven't eaten for years. The broken paste is excellent, crunchy, with a good taste of butter (but not too much, anything in balance). The meringue lemon pie is not too sweet as we usually see it, very balanced, it's fun! The passion-cococo dome was also balanced in sugar and taste, where the aromas were distinctly distinguished and not mixed.
