I knew this place existed but had never had the opportunity to go there. Passing through Arona on my way back from Meina to visit relatives, I stopped to try the cuisine with my whole family. I must say that the atmosphere takes you back to the years when the boat was in service. The staff, kind and knowledgeable, were able to best advise us on the food without hiding a streak of familiarity that accompanied the lunch well. Generous portions and freshly prepared excellent desserts and friendliness completed a truly spectacular meal. Not often at the end of a lunch or dinner when we get to the fateful question asked by the staff how did it go? I replied I AM HAPPY because a good meal is often just good and this in itself is an excellent thing but you 're rarely even happy (and as sated as a little calf :P). We will come back for sure.

Beautiful, it feels like being on the Titanic, 1920s atmosphere, family run, excellent food and wines from Puglia, coming from a person from Bari. Top locations

The boat of Arona is always pleasant. Apulian restaurant with good products, and a good wine card surely we will return
