Trax Restaurant - Armidale

We held our staff Christmas party in the private BBQ area, which was reserved just for us. We walked into the bar to get our drinks while the staff cooked our BBQ. We enjoyed a variety of salads and meats, and we were able to play our own music to dance to. The area was spacious and we even had some fun playing games. Overall, we had a great night, but we’re not sure if it would be suitable for a rainy day or night unless they add a roof. There is a bar in the area, but it was not open for our group of 45 people - perhaps they require a minimum of 50 to open it.

I recently visited the Trax restaurant at the Railway Hotel after not being there for a few years, and I was pleased to see that it was still open and offering a wide selection of lunch options. The menu was diverse and it was hard to choose just one dish as everything looked delicious. I decided on the Roast of the Day, which was generous in size and came with tasty greens and perfectly roasted vegetables. My friend ordered the Beef Stroganoff, which was also satisfying and well presented. The meals were served quickly and the service was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was bustling with guests enjoying their meals, and the hotel seemed to be a popular spot. The drink selection was varied, including local wines. I also noticed that the dinner and breakfast menus looked appealing, so I am looking forward to trying them out in the future. I will definitely be returning to this charming hotel regularly.

We had our staff luncheon at Trax Restaurant, which is located in the Railway Hotel. Despite there being two other staff events taking place simultaneously, our meal was served promptly and efficiently. I ordered the Salt and Pepper Squid with chips and salad, and we were all pleased with the hot and crispy chips.
