Saigon Noodles Grill - Arlington

The food service at this restaurant was excellent. The summer rolls, Wonton soup, chicken noodles, and beef/shrimp with broccoli were all big hits. The kids enjoyed their mango pineapple bubble teas as well. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, even going out of their way to provide a special sauce for my daughter who doesn't like spicy food. They also gave me a very spicy sauce. Overall, I had a great dining experience there.

I recently tried this local restaurant in my neighborhood for the first time and it was delicious. I enjoyed the ambiance, especially the fish tanks displayed on the TVs. I ordered the pho and some summer rolls, both of which were fresh and flavorful. The service was quick and professional. Initially, I was unsure about the check process, but eventually noticed another couple going to the cashier. Overall, I would recommend this place.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and was quite disappointed with my experience. Once my server took my order, he did not return to refill my water or offer a drink menu. I chose the grilled pork and shrimp in hopes of a lighter meal, but was disappointed to find that they were very greasy. I did enjoy the pork, but had to add a lot of sriracha sauce to overcome the grease. When I finished my meal, I had to get up and ask my server for the check. I would have been more understanding if the service had been better.

The food tasted great. I ordered the ?grilled pork and crispy roll w/rice? platter and it was delicious. The pork was juicy, the egg roll had a good filling and fried to a perfect crisp, and the take out order was ready 10 minutes before the estimated time. Honestly, I have pretty mixed feelings about Saigon. I still appreciate that they have a vegetarian pho option, which Saigon's highly popular counterpart across the street lacks, but their vegetable and tofu pho is honestly one of the only advantages that Saigon has over the other Vietnamese restaurants in the area.
