Pho Pasteur Restaurant - Arlington

Food was pretty good. Had beef stew and my husband a pork rice plate. The only downside for me was that there is a fee for debit/credit card and the water has a very strong sink flavor. Also the viet coffee was like 80% condense milk and 20%coffee soi finished it in a 2 sips. Other then that it was great.

I'm giving you all a fair warning this place is infested with roaches, gnats and God knows what else. Bf got me a take out pho and guess what! Found a live roach in my box. I've also had hair in my food here before but I didn't write a review because Ididn't take a picture of it before I left. This has happened so many times countless times, actually. Both bugs and hair. Notjust to me but to some of my friends. I'm not expecting Michelin level food safety, at the end of the day, I know this is afamily owned Viet place. But this is honestly so nasty, man. Just don't eat here unless you like eating roaches. Go to PhoPalace literally down the road, way better food, and never any random, gross things in it.

So I ordered here and my order was wrong, still they wouldn't change it. We ordered 2 plates of food,my partner didn't mind eating his like that and never argued paying for that. I wanted mine changed but the server told me to eat it like that.Thankfully i took a picture of it. I left the food untouched.

We had a great experience. Started with egg rolls and had some pho. I love the pho with tendons. They did a good job. I love this place.

First time visit here after we discovered Bamboo Pho had closed. : We enjoyed our meal, even though the menu was not as varied as Bamboo. I missed being able to get Pineapple Fried Rice! The Fried Rice with Chicken here was pretty good. The pho wasplentiful and good. The egg rolls were good. Thank you for a pleasant meal!
