Golden Chick - Arlington

I have visited this restaurant twice and both times the food was fantastic, and the manager was very friendly. We ordered the catfish and shrimp combo on both visits. We had to wait for the fish to be cooked, but that was not an issue for me as I love freshly prepared hot food. Although there are a couple of closer locations, I will continue to visit the Golden Chick by UTA because I recognize excellence when I see it.

We were missing a large gravy and half of our chicken strips were not spicy as requested. However, they provided us with everything we needed to correct the order, as well as two free drinks. The woman in the drive-thru genuinely apologized and was very kind and sweet. In the end, everything turned out fine.

I previously left a negative review because of the manager, but now that Jakeitha is back everything is wonderful! The restaurant opens on time, the food is fresh and ready, and everything is back to normal. Thank you Golden Chick for bringing back Jakeitha.
