Bidrage med feedbackThis place is so mid, I don't understand all the rave reviews? Are all these rave reviewers people who've never had good Afghan kabobs? Even kabobs at some local chain spots (like Sheesh or Rasa) are so much better than this (no shade to either of those chains I love their food).
One of my favorite kabob places. I ordered the lamb kabobs with lentils and chickpeas, and everything was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The restaurant is small but can accommodate a large family as long as it's not too busy. You often see a family or two dining in, though we usually take our food to go. Parking can be limited during the day, but it's much easier to find a spot after work hours. Highly recommend this place for its tasty food and friendly service!
The flavorful and moist chicken kabobs come with sauces.. My favorite go to side is the stewed potatoes. The bread is freshly made for every order. When you go to the restaurant in person, they have complimentary cardamom infused tea that is flavorful, comforting, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend
We got takeout for dinner and tried the chicken kabob and beef kabob. They come with rice, naan, and a vegetable (we tried the chickpeas and salad). The beef kabob was very tender!!! The chicken was just okay but i think it's hard to make an impressive chicken. The bread was really really good especially with the green sauce they give you! We wish it had a spicy sauce or something for the rice. We placed our order over the phone and it was ready fast very convenient and good service.
Got the minced beef and chicken kebab combo but the beef looked really pink and tasted like minced chicken or just poor quality beef. It was also very very dry not to mention it being very small. Chicken kebab chunks were also super dry, tough, puny in size. They looked half the size of the pics in their menu. I had really looked forward to this place after all the good reviews but was very disappointed with Arlington kebab.
