Ruby's Dagwood's Cafe - Arkansas City

Found this place randomly as I was on my way somewhere else. The food was just like If you cooked it yourself, the staff very friendly, and the people eating there Vibrant. Small little no frills place. I would go back.

Fantastic diner. Try the smothered dagwood, bacon cheeseburger if you're ambitious. Also now that sports betting is legal in Kansas its location is a huge perk. Go bet on the Chiefs winning while chowing down on breakfast ?

An good tasting economical breakfast. I ordered the Meat Lover's Omelet, a ??, and an unsweetened ? ?! The eggs had a touch of ? flavor. The breakfast ? tasted like russet and were lightly fried. The toast was crisp and buttery! My only gripes were the dearth of seating and the cramped interior. My server was very pleasant. The other diners were homely and ?. A nice little joint on the Kansas border for a quick down home bite!

Went there for brunch, and it was awesome! Wait to be seated was about 15 minutes. It was well worth it. When we were seated, my husband and I were immediately greeted by a server. She was friendly and quick. Our food was ready in about 10 minutes. It was huge portions and VERY affordable. We got the Dagwood and Breakfast burrito with chorizo and bacon and a side of hashbrowns. I recommend checking them out! They?re probably one of best breakfast places I?ve been to in KC.

Classic hole in the wall greasy spoon diner. service was very fast. food was pretty good. it's really a place for the locals. I visited for breakfast 2 days in a row when I was in town for business.
