Deja Vu Restaurant - Arequipa

I went to Deja Vu on thursday night on an invitation by a local friend. They have free salsa classes that starts 9pm-ish until 10.30pm. I never had a salsa class in my life and still the instructor was patient enough to let everyone have...fun. Drinks are the usual ones, but the mojito was especially good. The only let down is that they did not offer much local alcoholic drinks, only local beer. Good place to have fun if you visit Arequipa.

At the end of a long-but-enjoyable FWT (Free Walking Tour) of Old Town Arequipa with Carlos, we went upstairs to the veranda of Deja Vu. After a round of complimentary pisco sours, my wife and I decided to stay for early dinner. At first we...were the only table, but were soon joined by others. The food was really good, and the service helpful and inviting. And we were able to watch the sun go down on Chachani and on the old church across the street a truly memorable vision.

Absolutely loved this place! the free clases of salsa and bachata on Wednesday and Thursday evening from 9:30 to 11 watches are a must! it is so good to learn more about the Peruvian culture and make friends from all over the world...while have a lot of fun! cocktails are really good (but the service is sooo long) and they must try the amazing pizzas on that dach! the manager is really nice and allows us to organize a special night to raise money for the entity in which we were honorary! I could not recommend!

We went to a recommendation from a local guide to deja vu. every Wednesday at 09:30 clock there is a free Bachata class for 90min. the trainer also explained it for beginners on Spanish and partly English. good opportunity to meet local.

Lonely planet refers to the deadly happy hour this place. lethal and amazing it is, especially her pisco mad. the terrace has a magnificent view of the misti mountain, they try to go directly before sunset.
