This restaurant runs on some of the slowest service I have ever seen on a standard Monday night crowd they had Togo orders backed up for 5 or 6 people and I had to wait 30 minutes past my expected pick up time, the hosts were nice but a better explanation of how long they were backed up could have saved a lot of time

Thought I check out this spot but I wasn't happy with the quality of food. To me it wasn't up to the level of the prices. I mean me we got a large pho hoping to split it but it was really only enough for one person. So you're paying over $13 for a large that is not a regular amount. The Bun was to me wasn't good. I picked the protein out and the veggies. Just disappointed. My daughter says we should have went to Saigon in Maplewood mall. Better food and worth the money

Great experience for a first time visit. Had to try several dishes and they were all fantastic! The Luc Lac Beef (sizzling upon serving) was exquisite and flavorful. I've been looking for this particular beef dish everywhere, but have had no luck until arriving at Orchid. It resembles the Sizzling Beef from Siam Kitchen in Ann Arbor, MI, which is something I've missed. The food was served hot and fairly quickly. Service was excellent! Atmosphere would probably be a lot better when this pandemic situation finally is 100% lifted. Definitely a place for repeated visits.

The lunch special is just the right portions with an appetizer, delicious fried rice, and many choices of stir fry. I had the broccoli pork and it was full of fresh veg with tender pork in a tasty sauce. My husband had the mixed appetizer combo and each item had a dipping sauce. Kevin, the manager is very friendly, knows his menu and gave us excellent service. We will be back and plan to do takeout too.

Food was great.. service was great! Waiter was friendly and attentive. Gave his recommendations and it did not disappoint! Will be coming back for sure!!!
