Dairy Queen - Aransas Pass

Came here on thursday oct 5th around noon for lunch. Ordered chicken tender basket and a blizzard. Edna M was rude and working so slow I 'm surprised she is even employed. Waited forever with just one car ahead of me. She charged me for a blizzard and forgot my blizzard. When I explained she forgot it, she got an attitude. Also when I tried to pay, and she snapped we don 't take American express they need a sign bc im sick of saying it, you need to pay another way! So I paid cash, she snatched my money and slammed window once she gave my change. Any other fast food chain around here is always quick and polite. Don 't bother going to a place where they 're rude and forget half your order and have an attitude problem. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The children working there take no pride in their job . Unbelievably slow , got two burgers wrong and completely forgot my taco order . When I called the Aransas store , after I'd gotten home to Rockport in the pouring rain , I was rudely told to come back and they would remake my order . No other options to refund my money . Hire people who want to work an not just show up to collect a check . Whoever is managing this restaurant is not doing there job babysitting these lazy children an should be demoted. Ordered sundaes and the two young men at the counter were very friendly. Went to sit at a round table and it was dirty. The condiment basket was full of crumbs and had rust on bottom. It left a rust mess on the table. I had to wipe table. They need to clean baskets or replace them. The young men were handling the kitchen and delivered the ice cream. They were very polite. There was a female but she didn't seem friendly at all! One of the better food places around the area especially if you have a service animal. They offered my dog a pup cup of ice cream free. Food was good and service was pleasant. I enjoyed my meal and time here. I would recommend DQ over any other place in this area so far. Kid-friendliness: Great place to take kids or your dog. Very kind staff. No problems what so ever. Parking: Plenty of parking, no lines or waiting. We got right in, ordered and they brought our meals to the table. Great service! Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of seating options and clean. Very well ran establishment. Highly recommended. On June 6, 2023 at 8:30 pm me and my family went in to order food. It took about 30 minutes or so we asked for no lettuce on one of the burgers cause a family member is allergic. When the burgers came out it was loaded with lettuce we sent it back and about 25 minutes later they brought another burger out that was someone else's order. About about another 25 minutes of waiting my family was done with there meal. And I haven't even gotten my simple burger so we asked for money back for the burger that we didn't receive and the employees was very rude about it. The building inside was so nasty and dirty it made me feel sick. When I got a drink from the dispenser black stuff fell out. I don't recommend this place at all.
