L'Eterlou - Arâches-la-Frasse

From year to year this restaurant is getting better. Tasteful cuisine and generous portions are always at the rendezvous, but in addition the room has become more comfortable. At our last meal, the egg with the fermière was a delight, the lamb square and the remarkable calf head. Although a well-served entrance and dish would be more than enough, it would be a shame to make the impasse on a dessert. apple crustade was both leafy and melted, well flavored with Armagnac. The service is very friendly, jacques loving contact and pleasure. in this restaurant under the sign of generosity, it is not rare that william, the boss, come to offer you a small digestive to crown a very good time.

Warm welcome despite the restaurant's standing. the frame is very neat and cozy. We tasted a traditional raclette with quality and quantity products! A genepi was kindly offered to us in a digestive.

Recommended by friends with whom we went, this restaurant of a few table presents a beautiful interior decoration. the card is complete, with a full 33 menu. the plates are frankly good and well served. service pretty fast (we are in summer with half the restaurant full). Very nice boss.

Finally a real and good restaurant in the mountains and especially on the ridge. location located in the stone and holiday the eos terraces and which is accessible to all at a sublime location on the mountains. side reception excellent. waitress and warm waitress who take their profession with passion. Idem for the boss we've been able to sympathize with when we talk about his pretty dog. gastronomic atmosphere. It's the second year I'm coming in, summer, and I'm always having so much fun eating in this restaurant. the ratio quality / price is excellent. The kitchen is delicious. all products are fresh and worked. The boss is particularly attentive. The service is relaxed.Don't forget to book. And if you have time, make a caresss to the nice ally!
