Abrahim didn't engage with us until he had us all excited. It could benefit from clearer guidance on how to interact with customers. The young lady was friendly. However, the older woman who took charge today had a poor attitude. Her remarks were rude, and she was not very pleasant to us.

I've always had a great experience with their offerings. The broccoli and cheese soup is outstanding, and the meatball subs are fantastic, especially when they're freshly made. The staff are consistently friendly and willing to prepare any sandwich with care. That's why I keep coming back!
