I ordered a single combo no onion no ketchup no cheese. Had all 3 ingredients. Returned meal to get it right. Second time around got it wrong again. They put cheese and onion. I also got same fries from first wrong meal. Didn't eat the fries. With an hour lunch I was not pleased. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I can’t leave a proper review with the company because I wasn’t given my receipt. But I did go to the Wendy’s attached to the pilot in Anthony, Texas and the food was all premade. Nothing was hot nothing was fresh. The fries are cold and stiff. The employees are standing around talking and they’re not doing anything. It took five minutes for somebody to come take my order then I got told that there was absolutely no grilled chicken. They didn’t have any frozen nothing so I had to order nuggets and my nuggets were cold and old just like my fries. The only good thing about my meal is the fact of my soda was good. Today The Rolling Romantics stopped for lunch here at the Pilot, in which a Wendy's #000009062 is located inside. I gave my order nice and clear to the cashier Baconator Double cut in half extra Mayo, (also asked could the mayo be place on the top and bottom bun) , Small Fries no salt, 2 6 piece Nuggets no sauce and a Baconator Fries total $14.24. I left Wendy's and went to an exceptionally clean restroom while waiting on my order. Trying to kill two birds with one stone. I return back to Wendy's and still had to wait on my order. Once I finally received my order I checked it and the fries had salt on them the Baconator Burger had three small strips of burnt bacon on it and wasn't cut in half and the Baconator Fries had lil crispy burnt bits on it. I mentioned it to the Supervisor Laura and she was so nonchalant that I just really wanted my money back and to walk out right then. I will forever avoid this location in our travels..The Rolling Romantics had a very BAD LUNCH AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...(TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE).....
