Kirit - Ankara

I visited this cafe after a recommendation from a fellow traveler. The interior decorations are lovely and the menu even comes in a cassette tape cover. There were various vegan friendly dishes, but I chose to order the pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, basil oil, roasted Italian herbs, and walnuts (I took off the cheese). It was absolutely delicious, I actually regret not going back during my stay in Ankara to order more food. There is no plant-based milk but the Turkish coffee was delicious and naturally vegan. I left an online review and the cafe responded that they would consider plant-based milk in the future, so if you go make sure to ask as well!

I left an online review and the caffe reacted that they would consider in future plant milk, so if they also go safely to ask!

Great restaurant in a convenient location near ankara castle. the serpme kahvalti (Turkish breakfast) is very beautiful with great seasonal fruits. it is made with unlimited tee (sınırsız çay.) of orange juice is very tasty! love the atmosphere vibes.
