Fratelli's Pizza And Deli - Angus

I am reviewing this restaurant solely based on their pizza. Their delivery service is excellent, as I always receive my order within 30 minutes. I cannot comment much on the other Italian dishes, as I am not a fan of Italian food. The cost per person is based on two people sharing a pizza. When dining in, the service was good and I had no major complaints. Overall, in terms of pizza, this place is fantastic.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless you have plenty of time to spare. We waited for over an hour for a pizza and discovered that they no longer serve alcohol. The staff were polite and friendly, but the service was slow. The water we were served tasted bad, so we had to order sodas instead. After waiting for an hour, the waiter finally told us they were about to start working on our order. Frustrated, we decided to leave about an hour and 20 minutes later without receiving our food.

This restaurant was a terrible experience - the attitude, service, and food were awful! We went there for my nephew's 9th birthday and it was a mistake. We ordered an extra large pizza and BBQ wings combo, but they only made a large pizza and told us we would have to pay for the wings separately. When we asked to speak to the owner, she was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge her mistake. The waiter took four trips to bring plates for our appetizers and drinks, and never brought silverware. Some of our orders were incorrect, with one family member receiving the wrong salad dressing and my seafood stew missing half of the seafood and instead containing noodles. On top of all this, they had lost their liquor license. We will not be returning and recommend trying Cafe Solè nearby instead.

We like this place for cozy, low key family dinners and late night carb loading after a workout. For upscale food, go next door to Divina Fratelli 's is a more casual red sauce and tons of cheese kind of place. The food is exactly what you want if you 're craving Italian comfort food. Everything we 've tried has been exactly what we expected. My personal favorite is the spinach ravioli with pink sauce feels light (I 'm sure it isn 't) and so so satisfying. The fancy pasta portions are average, the normal pasta portions (like spaghetti) are enormous. Service is very friendly, no LA snobbery here, and you can ask all the questions and make all the substitutions you want without them getting snappy. Make sure you get an Italian soda and try the gigantic bowl of clam chowder.

Had the lunch special pasta, fettucini alfredo was amazing, but the spaghetti with meat sauce I was hoping would be a little better. The pizza we got too...
