Sandwiches, pastries and specialized cakes. Its a popular lunch sandwich spot all fresh ingredients and can be quite full but has more seating than you see from the road. Located on the lovely Rua Direita main street in Angra Sandoxa also has very friendly staff. A local favourite.

I’ve popped into this cafe several times for a take away baguette. The service is very good and the best sandwich maker on the island is here ! (Sorry, didn’t get your name but you wear glasses)! Lots of choices of bread, fillings and dressings. They’ve been the best sandwiches for a long time. They do lots of other hot meals and excellent looking cakes and ice creams too. It I didn’t have any. Thanks for the service

I'm stunned that this excellent cafe is rated better. Drawn in by the great gelato cooler, we went in for lunch and ended up regretting not going back for another meal! The staff here was very kind to answer questions that others in the party had and each of us ended up with delicious sandwiches and some incredible fries with it! Great beer selection to be had here as well.
