Bidrage med feedbackI am a very difficult person on meat and cooking, to be born, I was disappointed, I have known this restaurant for almost 25 years and always as good, the setting a little old, but very clean, when at quality nothing to say. price a little high but the quality is well present, we have for its money.
I've been frying twice in 2 weeks (1) on Saturday night. Knowing that the restaurant is often full, I decided to phone to book the tlphonist tells me that it does not take the rservations for less than 5 people it advises me to come sufficiently tt because they have large groups that have a problem on the road and we arrive at 7:45 pm. A waiter tells us that it's complete, that we'll have to go back in half an hour. Start a waitress offers a free table for two. and there was another free (without a reserve sign) the card looks like an old newspaper. at the level of the dishes, there are only mussels (different tastes) and steaks/between/counter-filets malgr the wait is not long. I look at my gap: a large white rectangular plate with the piece of meat in the centre and the sauce in the whole plate. I don't know how to cook. a small plate accompanies with fries. a limpid/grass oil cooked them. They're really good. and surprise: there are no lights, not a salad sheet, not a slice of tomatoes the terrace poss of a heating system if the evening refreshes and the terrace cre a small comfortable atmosphere in lock between bamboo bins (different to multicultural but not the restaurant) 2) on Sunday of the next week at noon. I decided this time to take a steak -18th) (step more beautiful than the 23rd intersect). nine on the terrace. this service fast enough, and this time I have a salad provided. Cooking meat is good. good fries and fidules. My guests take the intersect and don't make condiments. Given the indigence of the proposal in entries, we choose to focus on the dish... after a long wait (1 hour) to make the order. “The meat is so good here!”, we are told. And it is true: it is not bad. the pure horse net is of an interesting tenderness. but I always look for this particular horse flavor that has been rocked my childhood. my friend who made the same choice made, like me, his mourning of the 300 grams announced: there are at most 200. My neighbor took the beef tartar. And there too, disappointment is great: it will leave half. I taste: in fact, so grounded that there is no chew. I feel like I’m back with an American foam in my mouth. So it's hard to grasp the flavours. My wife took the shrimp tomatoes. Sorry, the shrimp tomato! not even slender, placed on a plate with a small tuft of salad without any seasoning. Even fries don't take us! Finally, only the person who has chosen to... the chasing will be fully satisfied! but we are all the kind to take on our choices, and not to put the atmosphere of the evening back to ben for that. the wine flows by streams, and not the pichet of the boss, but a good-wearing medicine that we command a few bottles. So we still think that we can be listed among the customers who do not relapse in front of the prices, or do not give a yes or no. And here we are ready for the ceremonial of the tea, of which, too, we have been praised by the enchanting sides. And now, patatra! The boss comes to tell us that it is too late – yes, the service has been so slow! and that he will no longer embark on such a company! of ceremonial there will not be. and tea, either! even not proposed "like that." Anyway: it's late, guys, shut up, pay and break up!
We have been going regularly since 2006 and we have never had a problem with digestion. waiting to be served is not excessive (this restaurant is often full). the staff is competent and friendly.
I was looking forward to trying this restaurant, which a couple of friends told me a lot of good and, first of all, I was enchanted: the setting, the welcome, ... all I liked! We had to wait until we were served (nearly 1 hour!But on a Saturday night, it's forgiven) but the meal was good. Not accustomed to drinking, I was grayed at the time of the audition and it was only back home that I paid attention to it, to discover to my unpleasant that there was a mistake: we had just paid 35 euros a bottle that made no more than 20 on the map! grrr. which brought us to the round-out expenditure of 96 euros to 2, without inputs and without desserts: which, for this range of restaurant, begins to be frankly expensive! The bouquet is that I was sick all night! and the next day and the next day. freshness of the homemade tartar to question? Probably! The result is that I find this unacceptable and that I will not return to it so soon!
